I have ordered on website pohunch.com dated on 26-08-2023 at 02.34PM.My ordered for a WAGH BAKRI PREMIUM TEA 2 kg. at Rs.864/- and Wild Stone Code deodrant at 162/-, My order has not been booked but my account has been deducted with Rs 1026/- I have made a payment through UPI APP and still no order confirmation on my message/email. Also, customer care numbers are not working as getting busy tone everytime.
I want my refund back.
