I have Order one parle manaco pizza Biscuit and I order this product on 18 september and today is 1 October but till I never receive my order I made online payment for 100 rupee and also made extra 30 rupees for fast deliver but my money is lose.. I went website and I try to call customer care but after calling that auto voice recorder start and its say press 1 for known your product enquiry and after that he will say we are connecting to our customer excutive but no one receive any call I try to calling last 10 days but no one receiving my call, Also the site giving support mail id I sent complain from that mail id but still I never receive any response, they Also giving one whatsapp number but that whatsapp number is also fake number, Please take action about this Pohunch website and block is website because I seen one person complaint on your site and the complain date is 18 July but still this site is Active, please block this site and Alert all the peoples to not buy anything in this Online Website.
