I placed a prepaid order on 13th july 2022 for ₹336 but I have yet not received any response from the website and all the numbers provided are fake and unresponsive.

Please dont order anything from ” pohunch ” I lost Rs 6000 for ordering Nandini Ghee. They will put lowest price to attract buyers..after u pay u will get a mail that your order is placed..after that no news..This is a fake site..Their call centre numbers are always engaged..pl be careful
Same with me .did you get the money back?
Same here i ordered 5 kg atta and after payment it stays due to some technical glitch could not place order we will refund money in 4 weeks. It’s more than a month still dod hear anything and there call centre has recorded voice and script just to appear genuine and cheat.
How to get the money back Sir.
Pohunch.com is fraud website which cheats customers by lowering product prices. They never receive calls or reply to WhatsApp chat. Social defaming , complaining the transaction in payment gateway(in this case payu) or loading complain in local police will be a right step to teach such scammers so that they can’t befool innocent people.
Pohunch is a total SCAM! I hate to admit it but it’s true! Stay away from this fraudulent Scammer as far as you can.
If you are directed towards Paytm or payUmoney directly one should be very careful. All the fraudsters use these two apps and when you lodge a claim there will be no response or a plain statement that they have no responsibility beyond making payments. Dont’ get conned by low price offers in google chrome and do not make payment unless you know the company !!!
