I have ordered 4+2 Kg Surf Excel matic top load detergent powder from this site, after placing successful order. It took me to the payment gateway page, UPI and card payment options were available there. I paid 941 Rs. through Google pay, and payment got debited from my account. I was expecting goods delivery intimation message or email but nothing came. I immediately look at their website and dialled customer care number and tried to reach them through WhatsApp. I found none of these numbers are active and it’s a complete fraud and scam website. I request consumer court to look into this and must take an immediate restrict action against them.
