Pohunch online grocery store is a website we found online and since the prices were low we thought of ordering our ghee from there. Since cash on delivery was not an option we made a gpay transaction of rs 5064 for the 12 litres of Nandini ghee. We were supposed to have received the order on 28th October itself, the day of the order
But after not receiving the order, we texted them but no reply came. Whenever we call them it says that the executives are busy. In Truecaller, it shows that their number is a Fraud Online Company. Their mail has no reply too.
Hence we want a refund along with an inquiry into this website.
