I purchased POCO X3 Phone last year May 2021. Recently I got a notification for software updation and I done it accordingly by complying the instruction from POCO. But soon after the updation, my phone got collapsed with defect of front camera , no sound , no speaker , no calling etc.
When I contacted service centre , they issued JOB card NO. WXIN22099260004043 and asked me to contact customer care for getting the warranty extended for 3 months more as the probem was happened due to POCO company’s instruction for updation. The service centre was not ready to repair the phone .
As such I contacted POCO customer over phone regarding the issue . P0C0 Company already know that the problem was occurred as a result of software updation . But the person who attended the phone spoke to me that company is helpless to get my phone repaired.
The phone was got defective purely due to the instruction of POCO for software updation and it is the primary responsibility from the part of company to get it repaired free of cost. I did only one mistake that I complied with the instruction of company.
I sent complaint to POCO via email twice . But they gave me negative reply that thay cannot repair it free of cost though the problem was occured from their part .
The only fault I committed is selecting POCO .
I have be cheated by POCO mobile phone Company .
