Dear [Government Official],

I am writing to bring to your attention the issue I have been facing with my smartphone. After installing a software update, my phone became unresponsive and has been dead for the past two days. I reached out to the service center, and they informed me that the issue is due to the software update and that there is nothing they can do to solve the problem.

I rely on my phone for both personal and professional use, and this issue has caused me significant inconvenience and frustration. I believe that this issue is not unique to me and that many other users may be facing similar problems.

I would like to request that the government take action to ensure that companies are held accountable for providing quality products and services to their customers. It is unacceptable that customers are left without a solution to problems caused by software updates, and I believe that the government has a responsibility to protect consumers from such practices.

I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and take appropriate action to ensure that customers are not left without a solution to problems caused by software updates.
