Last year on 21.5.21 i have purchased poco x3 pro from flipkart with order no : OD121847400188534000 . It worked well . But on 14.9.22 my device got stucked up in bootloop . I contacted customer care representative name yugi of poco she told me that now the poco x3 pro device manufacturing was stopped and previously also i contacted them but there was no proper response. I went to the service center which was mentioned as authorised in google they diagnosed my device and told me to go to authorized service center . In the mean time i searched in google about it then only i found out that this issue is faced by all and the CEO of the company mentioned that they will provide additional warranty of 6 months to poco x3 pro users and im eligible for it .. Then i went to authorized service center they told me that the device was opened and it will not be covered under warranty and they asked me ₹ 10000 for repairing the mobile. They are cheating the people . I lost my hard earned money to them .please help me to get my money or any other mobile as replacement back
