My poco x3 pro phone got dead suddenly while using. And when I took my phone to service centre, they asked me to replace the motherboard which costs around 9000. It is not fair. And this issue is floating all around the net. Many complaints are already registered, and no action has been taken for such fraud. Once the new update came the phone is suddenly getting dead and responsible for heavy expenses to the customer. It’s been only 2 year for me and for such a period the phone is getting damaged that too because of company’s faulty updates. I request you on behalf of every such customers to please look to this issue and provide with some compensation that would help in unreasonable and sudden expenses.
