my phone poco x3 pro got dead because of motherboard after update and now they replacing it with downgrade phone called poco x4 pro with low quality camera, display and also processor , also i face lag sometime. so i asked they equal feature phone but they keep ignoring me and service center is also not helping me. i spent my precious money on good phone now because of company fault they giving downgrade phone which is not good. please help me i need my money back or they should give same feature phone.
