I am chaithanya using POCO X3 pro it got dead and I submitted in service center on 13 jan
they told me to wait upto 1 or 2 months
I have called to costumer care they told me to wait upto 25th jan . but I didint got any update no that day they have raised a complaint. next day I have got a call from backend team of poco and they told me to wait upto feb 7th.
backend team told that 7th is the last for my issue on before 7th . Also they given me promise on 7th your mobile will get repaired.
If I call to costumer care they are telling to wait again and at service center they are telling me to wait more than 2 weeks.complaint (ID: WOIN20230125000439)
