As per our telephonic conversation, this is in regards to your query with Ticket ID: 197883030 and transaction ID: MFRW2206131447322761860561. We understand you have still not received the amount for your mutual fund redemption. We realize this must be concerning and we will do our best to assist you.

We would like to inform you that we are again forwarding your issue to our concerned department. We request you to wait till 13/07/2022 for us to provide you with an update.

Are you doing fraud with your customer??? It’s online service and amount should be credited same day. But it’s happened almost month. What type of service you are providing. I will complaint in sebi about your worst service so customers would not cheated. Also I am using your your online service and all transactions credit or debit should be online .
