I would like to bring this to attention that many of POCO X3 devices are facing motherboard issues after new updates. My poco X3 is dead after update it’s not in warranty period.i bought this phone for 18.5k on flipkart on 20.10.2020 I can not afford to buy new one now. This issues are faced by many customers I request to consumer court to take action against company n tell them to provide some compensation to the users as it’s due to there own software update bug phones are dead. Thank you.

I purchased poco x3 1.5 year ago. Last 1 month I am facing lote of problems. Like my camera is not working, my speaker’s are ded. I am really carring my very nicely and good. My phone did not fall down even once. Thats really sad…. I need any solution for this
Many Poco x3 are going dead after update. Service center confirmed that its motherboard issue. And faulty updates are responsible for it. Poco company is responsible the loss of customers.( Motherboard is costing 8800Rs) if your phone is out of warranty then poco just tries to put it under the table, by ignoring the customer. Poco shud be dragged to court for bricking thousands of phones.
Facing the same issues as everyone and the phone is just not the same since the miui 13 update. Warranty period is over and i am in no condition to buy a new phone for myself. Some action should be taken against the company or atleast some action is needed by the company to resolve the issues.
Same issue with me. I have bought poco X3 on 2021 may and after 8 months all of sudden front camera stopped working. After service center complaint they informed motherboard got corrupted. They have installed new motherboard and now after update my front camera again stopped and they are saying you pay 9000 rs for new motherboard . Simply poco is looting their customers. They should fix or refund our money.
same issue with me. The phone is not switching on. The server centre person said that motherboard is corrupted.
