I’m using poco X2 for 2 years and now my camera is dead. When I went to service centre they said you have to change the motherboard which will cost Rs 10400. after 3 days screen is not working, there is no touch response, then I again gone to service center then they said I have to pay 10400 and the poco X2 manufacturing has stopped so if u pay 10400 they will give you poco F1.when searched online i found that many more people are having same issue. More than 15 people complained in last month dec. This problem is from the company side so I need free repair or replacement l regarding this issue. Hope I get justice
When I visited service centre, the manger of service centre doesn’t want to take my phone and doesn’t repair my phone at free of cost . they said that company has stop this service so i could not do that even i take appointment and also in job sheet they added that phone have scratches, actually there is no scratches it on temp glass not in phone. From your customer care side also they where not ready to do anything.
