I have poco X3 pro 6/128gb variant hardly used 9 months and one fine morning I put it on charge and suddenly after sometime it got switched off automatically so I disconnected the charger and switched it on again but again after it got switched off automatically and never turned back on it was dead not even charging I panicked and searched in Google there was so many complaints about poco X3 pro motherboard problem so I went to service centre they said I have to pay 12500 and they will replace it with Redmi 10 pro because parts were not available and the model has end of life. So my device I bought it with RS 19500 and extra RS 12500 total I’m paying 32500 to MI. Was it my fault that they are manufacturing and selling faulty device to customer and taking all their hard earned money and discontinued their product so that they can scam by giving high end specs faulty product at cheap price and scam users by replacing it with low end specs product paying extra money. All my heard earned I spent to buy poco X3 pro now all in vein I’m a farmer and this a great loss for me. These Chinese companies should get sued. I want my money back you thief Chinese scammers. I won’t recommend any Chinese mobiles to my fellow indians. It was a very dissapointing experience as a Redmi users. Poco and Redmi company should get sued for scamming and looting heard earned money from middle class families like me.
