I ordered OnePlus bluetooth neck band but track my order it was showing shipped till 3day then their executive message me on whatsapp and said that product will not available when I was ordered it was in stock when I reply in whatsapp he will didn’t gave my answer no reply in whatsapp no replies in email what can I do I dont know I already paid money I told then thet pls refund my money but no replies
