MY name is shabazkhan s/o late osman khan
i have take prepaid connection in Vodafone number as 9052322786,
due to my personal health problem aim not able to recharge for three months, when i know my number is deactivated
i have call to customer care as well as appellate authority of Vodafone in Hyderabad
have apologized to Vodafone custmare care and appellate authority
due to some reason of health i have not recharge
but they told according to company policy
we cannot activate and told him to go for postpaid and deposit the amount for same number
i told him its is fancy number i have taken that number of paying
the amount early 3 years back and they are telling that i have know i have to pay the deposit amount and i have to taken that number which is my
i hope i trust Vodafone company that its resolve my complain as soon as possible
i told him aim apologies that i have not recharge due to reason

kindly i am requesting Vodafone company
