Disha Direct has sold me and others and to many the plots in landmark hills project at shirol. they promised us of transport , water, electricity and also resort so that we will get good appreciation value soon. however even after 6 to 7 years nothing is done. actually the condition is even worse. I hear Disha Direct has sold plots and bungalows at other projects too. customers there are also have problems. Now we don’t trust him any more seeing condition and want our money back. please help. i have agreement, receipts, emails of promising possession or even resell of my plot. and i can provide all these . i can also bring others who want to get out Disha Direct.
Now even Real Estate bill is passed in Rajya sabha and soon will be passed in lok sabha which indicates DISHA DIRECT is cheating innocent buyers. Please help.

I have also bought a plot in Landmarc hills 7 yrs back

I paid a sum of Rs 390800 for 3908 sft plot in their project Landmark Valley in the year 2009 ( May 2009) these people under a connivance with one Mr Santosh V Sawant & Babu Bhai are neither registering the Plot in my name or giving possession .
This is a fit case for section 406 & 420 of IPC against Mr Santosh Naik , Mrs Sujata Naik – Directors of Disha Direct along with Sawant and I shall be agitating this with my local Police .
Let us collectively muster the strength of Indian law to book these cheaters.

I have also purchased flat in CIDA DA DE VIDA, KAVIR VILLAGE, ALIBAUG in Disha Direct project in June 2012. Even after lodging various complaints with our group in Disha Direct office, No response from Mr Santosh Naik till date. Mr. Santosh Naik never available in office. I too am a victim of Disha Direct’s fraudulent schemes. I purchased a plot in Their Landmarc Hills project, Shirol, Maharashtra about 10 years ago. We were promised many facilities, none of which have materialised. We have not been able to get a response from their office despite all our efforts to contact them.
