Hello Sir, I have ordered a Mosquito Net 15×10 fit from Amazon, whose order number is 171-8512480-0405164. I had paid Rs 1150 online to Amazon India through UPI mode. Whose UPI reference number is 318032333346. On which I received my product on 4th July 2023. In which I received the wrong item a small Mosquito Net instead of what I ordered, which I have the video of Unboxing. On which I contacted Amazon’s customer care, they confirmed the date of July 8, 2023 for pickup. After this, on 8th July, Amazon’s delivery boy came and he went away with the wrong item I received. After that I again contacted Amazon’s customer care for my refund amount of Rs.1150, on which they said that you wait for 3-4 days, you will get your refund amount. But I got a mail from [email protected] on 13th July that your Amazon account is completely closed. Sir, I request you to get me my refund amount of Rs 1150 from Amazon. I am also sharing the screenshot of payment and error received with this complaint
