Dear Sir/Madam I activated Dhani Card, before 3 month ago. I swap Rs. 250 swap for Jio Recharge. Don’t know why I do this. Next day Get ECS Bounce because I m at Hospital can’t get it but next 3 times he Bounced the Emi. My CIBIL score that time is 769. Because of Dhani score is decreased at 690. I never ever Miss my any ECS . I have Bajaj Loan, Two wheeler loan, too but never ever bounced. In the month of pandemic situation also never bounce too. But this Bloody Rs. 250 Recharge spoiled my CIBIL score. & Do you know how much overdue Rs. 1.10, This Rs.1.10 Spoil my CIBIL score Whenever I go on your app trying to pay balance overdue they can’t accept my payment said can’t pay Rs. 1.10. What Ridiculous experience. Now Please Foreclose my This Dhani Freedom Card Immediately . Send me the Balance payment of your card. Will pay you immediate. Any payment link or anything Please send.for Foreclose your Card. If next time again you spoil my CIBIL score I will take legal action against you.
I paid full amount but then also Today again take cheque bounce charge
