Dear Sir,
Myself Bhikchand Shivprasad Zanwar, is using vodafone prepaid mobile (9823101085).
I wish to deactivate all services of VZ-ViCMS on my mobile. I never subscribed or choosed such services, however i am charged for various such service automatically.
I am un-necessarily charged every week / month on various services, which i never subscribed and never choose to access any such services.
Request to deactivate all such services.
Example for charges deducted:
05-Apr-2023: Charged Rs. 10 for choosing to access Telsync Games – I never subscribed or choose.
27-Mar-2023: Charged Rs. 7 for choosing to access Games and Videos – I never subscribed or choose
02-Mar-2023: Charged Rs. 49 for choosing to access mydelights powered deal – I never subscribed or choose
27-Feb-2023: Charged Rs. 25 for choosing Handset Inbuilt Games – I never subscribed or choose
02-Feb-2023: Charged Rs. 5 for choosing to access Sona Jeeto Contest – I never subscribed or choose
31-Jan-2023: Charged Rs. 5 for choosing to access Sona Jeeto Contest – I never subscribed or choose
27-Jan-2023: Charged Rs. 25 for choosing to access Contakt Gaming Service – I never subscribed or choosed
And many more like above.
Request to cancel charging under any VAS or any other VZ-ViCMS services. Please do not charge or activate any service by which my account will be charged and amount will be deducted.
There should not be any deduction from my balance in mobile account.
