Dear Madam/Sir
I am very disappointed with your plans marketing ! As logdown in India I have recharged my Vodafone number 8961610843 with RS 39plan showing 28days validity in pytem. The plan showing 14days validity just after recharge done! Why this discribirncy! No customer care person responded from 198, though tried several times. Now tel us as a lay man how do we trust your plans & items . Very sad Vodafone , you are detoriating. Hope you soon concern the area of lackness & my area of dissatisfaction.
