I was searching something to buy for a gifting something and suddenly got a recommendation of this website https://plazoohouse.com/on instagram and Placed an order of Rs. 499/- on 4th Sept 2020 and made payment using UPI mode, the estimated time for the delivery was 9th oct but till today no response from them, as they haven’t mentioned any helpline on their website so even written so many emails to in last 4 days but remains unanswered.
Highly surprised how such Fake companies got registered on Facebook and insta, create their websites without authentication and they create their own UPI ID also. FACEBOOK should authenticate before recommending such pages and links for users safety.
Facebook and UPI ID authorities should look into the matter and arrange to REFUND the money in respective accounts. They must have done this to many. So There is a need to take strict action for such online frauds.
