Text of Complaint by Chandramouli Munukutla:

Sir/Ma’am,

I’ve done a recharge of 598/unlimited 84days plan on my Airtel number. At the time of recharge, I had 13 days validity in my previous plan. However, after recharging, my existing plan validity turned nill and only the new validity was shown instead of adding it to the existing plan.

I’ve been trying to raise a complaint through 198, however it seems Airtel adopted such a worst manner of customer support that it automated the whole call with limited options to choose from. Kindly help me with the issue.
