I am Vodafone postpaid user since 2013. now, vodafone just upgrade my plan from 149 to 299.
which is completely use less for us. mentioned vodafone number using by my parents on normal featured keypad phone. where they required only call incoming or outgoing nothing else.
basis on existing plan (149), i am ok for use basis on plan. but vodafone just upgrade my plan without any information to us. i have requested vodafone multiple times to revise the bills. but they denied. currently they active plan (299), which is useless for us. my parents unable to read any msg even can’t dial any number without support of any one.
Please refer below my queries, for which i need answers from vodafone.
. vodafone never call customer for information regarding plan upgradation.
. plan was not usefull for us. if they intimate us before upgradation. i would be prefer to port to other network.
. charges are higher than my use. hence, i don’t need this plan.
please help me to get the charges waived off. i would be able to pay the charges basis on existing plans.
also, don’t want to continue with vodafone. vodafone not providing solution.
