Text of Complaint by Hisham Moideen:

Dear sir/mam,

My mobile number is 903699….. I recharged my mobile number at a nearby shop. He by mistakenly selected the 1.5gb/day plan rather than selecting 3gb/day. I said him that I wanted thr 3gb/day pack. He said that he will report the previous recharge as WRONG RECHARGE and recharged me the 3gb/day.

I waited for 24 hours without using my 1.5gb/day plan. Since, the recharge was not reversed I started using the plan. (I needed it urgently as I had live classes to attend).

The next day suddenly the internet got disconnected. My Airtel Thanks app is showing that I have 1.3 gb left out of 1.5gb.

I told the shopkeeper. He contacted some airtel office guy. The guy said that ge will ask his manager about this matter.

It has been 48 hours and no response. Please help me. That 1.5gb/plan is enough for me. Please allow me to use my plans. Please.
