Text of Complaint by KHUSHHAL:

Dear sir/ma’am
On a 23oct 2020 I have wrongly done two recharge worth RS- 249 and 251 then I call in Vodafone customer care centre then I request for cencel the one recharge they asked it is not possible but  I will be provided a solution before due the will be recharged RS 55  on 18/11/2020 after this your rs 251 recharge will be extended for next 28days but at the time I called in Vodafone customer care centre they refused me and they also asked it is not possible and they not get any solution for these matter I talked to her miss/Mrs Archana

Please solved this problem I’m very disappointed from your customer care service and also  with Vodafone
Pls provided proper solution for these matter otherwise I filled case against Vodafone and also complaint in TRAI department and also complaint in telecom department against Vodafone.
