Holding airtel pospaid number 9906093931 from laat 17 yrs. Intially my plan was 99. In 2019 plan was changed to 199 without my info. Now again plan changed 299 without my notice. On calling cuatomer care they say old plan no more exists. Which is not good as they are contineouly upgrading my plan stating only one line that old plan is expired.
I demand my old plan of Rs 99 be reinstated and the extra bill paid be returned to me at the earliest
