My post paid mobile no 98252 53532 was having zero rental facility since more than 10 years. The connection is nearly 17 years old with same service provider.I had opted for the life time zero rental plan by paying a fees of some 1000 rs at that time. The scheme was for life time. However vodafone has changed the plan without my confirmation and now charging me 480 rs per month where in earlier I used to get a bill of 80 to 100 rs as per my usage. I have already raised the issue with vodafone however there is no solution yet. Kindly help.
