Vodafone idea has changed my plan without any intimation and raised the invoice with higher amount.
I have spoken too many times on customer care and they assured to wave off the higher amount, as per them plan given to me is not in the market but such kind of any information not given to me while they were selling this connection to me
However they waived off 100 RS but before that they raised the invoice of next month with same plan and late fee charges of not paying the bills without resolving last raised invoice
Since they have not resolved the earlier issue and created new disputed invoices, inspite of too many emails to Noddle officer issue not resolved. The representative they are appointing has no sense how to deal these kind of issues and no talking sense
At present whatever amount they are waiving off is recovering by raising the invoice with late fee charges & almost with double amount also barred the outgoing
