We want to change the plan of 6 Numbers & cancellation of 1 number of our corporate connection & the same was informed to Vodafone via mail and Sale Executive Mr Joby in person as well. No decision was taken till now no information from there side. We made several call to Sales Executives Mr Joby & Mr Brijith Lal regarding this, but of no use. We made the payments of all these numbers till July. Every poor customer service ever experienced. I’m attaching a copy of the mail forwarded to Vodafone regarding the same. We wish to register a complain about this & expecting a favorable decision soon.
