Hi

The bill plan change request was given in the month of May but the same got implemented after 1.5 month. When the phone was received from airtel they assured the plan was not changed on time and hence they would revise the bill as per the old bill plan, but I have still received the bill as 2500 which clearly shows that the bill has not been revised.

And now they are appologising and refusing for any changes in the bill inpite of accepting their mistake.

Kindly help me getting my bill as per the plan which is Rs. 499
