Text of Complaint by Aratrika Bhattacharya:

Vodafone Customer care executive called on 25th March and talked about economic plan. I agreed to shift my number to that plan from existing plan. However after activation the terms and conditions turned out to be different and also bill was charged wrongly despite multiple complaints for past two months to revoke plan.

Want strict action against against this cheat vendor so that they understand the value of customer service.
