I had placed an order with Dhani Pharmacy for the tablets Rosiflex trio on 13/01/22 for which I made a payment of Rs. 560/- and for which I got confirmation of order with order Id : EP2439734 on the same day i.e. 13/1/22.. Again on 15/01/2022, I got an auto message that the abovesaid order is modified and refund if any will be processed within 7 working days.. Now it’s 31/01/2022 today but I have not received any refund and no reply from their side to my email sent to them…
While placing the order, they had mentioned that the orders above Rs. 500 will get the free multivitamin tablets free… Against which I received some multivitamin tablets which were totally in dissolved state and were not in a condition to consume along with a strip of Dolo 650 which sounded in okay state but which were not demanded or ordered by me.
All this sounds like cheating on their part and I request you to help me get my money back from them…
