Text of Complaint by Shweta Roy:

I ordered few plants and vases from Nurserylive. Firstly the delivery was delayed, now when the delivery came I found two plants are in severe condition. One being dead and another is completely dried out. I requested for a replacement for these two items through their portal and they responded that they will give me Gift coupon for one item, and the validity of which is 1 year. Now firstly I want a replacement for 2 items not 1, and if they cannot provide it, they shall give a refund and not GC which expires in a year. I do not trust their services to ever place an order. Why shall I waste the hard earned money! I’m requesting for a refund to the original sources ASAP.
