Hi
I have Placed my order on 12 Feb of INR 11999 I have made the payment online through Amazon. My order was out for delivery on 15 Feb and without any communication delivery boy mark my order as delivered when I checked with the neighborhood they didn’t received any such type of order. I have raised a complaint to Amazon Customer care on 15 Feb . They said that they raised a complaint regarding to concern and they will investigate the issue. The time line was of 2 days. However In 2 days I didn’t receive any call back from their side. When I called again on 18 Feb they said that we don’t have the update and again they are filling a investigation and they are asking for 2 more days. They are not taking this issue as on priority basis and doesn’t do anything within the TimeLine . Although, I want to register a complaint regarding Amazon.
