I placed a kurta set on nov 10 of cost 1680 including shipping charges in

They are not even responding to mails, instagram messages and the phone nos are always busy or not connecting. I wanna file a conplaint on the company
I Placed an order on Jan 18th 2022 for a kurta set I have not received the shipment till now. They don’t respond over insta and also on the phone numbers specified. The communication is the worst
They are jus frauds ! Before placing the order I checked Google reviews otherwise they would have cheated me too.
I have ordered my kurti on March but still I dint receive my order
