I placed an order on 25th Sept , order no 5885 , amount paid Rs 399, since then I did not received any status on my order for 5 days, so since 1st oct I have being sending mails on their given email address and also filed complaint several time on their website, today I searched for their contact on on google as their website does does not show any customer care no. I called on 9064214906 , this guy said that my order is cancelled and i shall get my refund , he asked me to download an app from the play store , name of the app was qs, and started guiding me saying that by this procedure my complain will get registered and payment will be immediate, but i felt something suspicious and refused to follow his instructions , he disconnected the call and would not pick it up again
