I had placed an order on this website as I couldn’t find my desired product on similar and reputable platforms like Amazon and Flipkart.
The order was placed on 1st August, 2023. To this day, there has never been an intimidation by the company about delivering the product. It was only after me being unable to reach their customer care, I had decided to cancel the order. This was on 4th August, 2023. After placing a cancellation order, only then did the company’s website started reflecting that my order would be received between 4th August to 6th August. But, I didn’t receive my order even on 6th August as initially assured. Then, they shared a Delhivery tracking details stating the order is in transit from Gurugram and I would be receiving the order latest by 11th August, 2023. Today, it’s 12th August, 2023. I kept waiting for receiving the parcel yesterday entire day but to no avail. Today morning I got a mail that the order couldn’t be delivered because the customer refused to accept the order. Why will I not accept my own order after waiting all these days with the hope to receive it one fine day? I’m unable to place a cancellation order on their website or it is allowing me to seek refund on my original mode of payment which I made through UPI.
Their customer care number is never available. So, is the case with raising a ticket on their website. Which they replied very casually after 2 days. What kind of professionalism is this? Is this what we, the consumers should expect and support “Make in India” when our own people are cheating us. I never faced such an issue before placing an order on Amazon.
