This complaint regarding moongoddesscouture at Ernakulam, I had an Order #113574 was placed on March 8, 2022, and today June 30th, 2022 is not yet delivered. Contact telephone is unanswered. Almost four (4) months the confirmed order is waiting from moongoddesscouture. The comment box closed on their Instagram page. There is no point of contact right now. We suspect this is a fraudulent online store. Kindly consider this complaint and help us to retrieve my fund Rs.1071/- which is already paid on March 08, 2022.
