Hi All,
I have order Samsung M31 mobile phone through Amazone Dtd 22nd Oct’2020 under tracking ID 248550975312 order number: 403-1220811-6000322 as per Amazon same is delivered by Today till 9Pm.
Around 2 pm received call from Amazon agent regarding delivery he is coming and check my exchange phone removing screen guard and laminate after half n hour he told he has some issue in receiving OTP for exchange phone he told me our office is near about 10 min distance pls visit with us in my office will generate the OTP from Laptop than give you the phone I am deny for the same after few minutes he told me will coming next few to deliver the product and left from my home.
After that have called Amazon costumer care and inform him everything to Mr.Zubir he told me “Sir wait till 9 pm your product will be delivere, if any issue call again than.
Around 5.20 have seen delivery status has been changed return to seller without my any fault again have called Amazon customer care regarding delivery my phone or compensation regarding removing may screen Gaurd and laminate but he completely deny for help on this also disconnect my phone without resolution, If Amazon agent take action on my first call than product will be delivered today without returning to seller.
