On 07.08.2022 We ordered a pizza on the dominoes app around 8.30pm. it was not delivered till 10pm and no status update given by them. No help on their chat box or on toll free number. We had already paid for the order. Finally we had to go to the restaurant for enquiry wherein we found that they had not even made the pizza yet. We had to wait for another half and hour. As per their policy we were supposed to get the pizza free is not delivered within 30mins. I demand additional compensation apart from my bill amount due to the mental agony caused because of hunger. Kindly help.
