I placed my order 20 days ago, and I still haven’t gotten my package. Emails, Whatsapp messages, and phone calls go unanswered.There have been no updates about tracking the order either.
I have left messages and contacted you multiple times, but I’ve never received a response.
When the brand can’t even process an order correctly, what good are all these certificates and celebrity endorsements on the page?
