Good day!
I am a borrower in this online lending app, named Pinoy Peso wherein they will be forwarding you the “approved” loan amount first without giving the breakdown. at first I only borrowed 3500 and disbursed the amount of only 2000.00 pesos. The 1500 pesos went to their so called “management fee” only to be seen in the repayment plan. I am already past due for 2 days now and the harassment I am experiencing via phonecalls every hour, text blast, & sending threats that they will humiliate me in all my social media platforms and barangay. I told them that as of the moment I do not have YET the capacity to pay due to financial crisis, and no intention of running away from my obligations. Calling me by names such as, MAGNANAKAW, PATAY GUTOM, SCAMMER, & IPAPATRABAHO KITA AT BUONG PAMILYA MO” I can send my evidence as proof. Please help. Thank you.
