I ordered the item as pay on delivery. I made a payment of Rs.390 by scanning the bar code. The payment was successful. The delivery boy did not get a confirmation of payment. When the delivery boy called the customer service they confirmed the payment is received against this item and it is not processed, and the delivery boy told me to make payment again if I need the item. I refused to pay again as the payment is received by amazon and it is their mistake they did not processed the payment. After the delivery boy departed I contacted customer care and the agent was telling me if the payment is not processed I have to pay again and collect the item and the amount payed first will be coming back to my account after one week.
