PICKUP PENDING FROM AJIO FOR REFUND, GOT CANCELLED 3 TIMES AFTER GIVING SO MANY COMPLAINTS

Recently I’ve purchased (dresses) in ajio, i received the package on 28.09.2023 after that I’ve raised return request on 01.10.2023(due to out of station), after that automatically my return request got cancelled from their end only i received msgs from ajio like Hi mahesh! After this i contacted customer care through chat I’m attaching it for your reference & email . Now i raised 4 th pickup for return (refund in their app few minutes ago) with mentioning reasons in comment section also & complaint numbers-CON00066702074 & COM00066725019 they promised to pickup by 14 th so i agreed to close the complaint today afternoon just now again my pickup got cancelled-866.80 Rs refund

This is the third time I raised a pickup again today, the last day for my refund (from 15 days 28 to 12.10.2023) . Do not cancel further requests from your end without customer knowledge. After chatting with your adviser , that i came to know delivery person cancelled the return request due to i’ve not mentioned the reason in comment section. As per the below video i’ve selected my reason for return(Comment section is additional & you have not given that has mandatory to fill , if it is mandatory you u update the app * in app & in the first pick up in comment section i’ve updated comments like cloth is very thin like that )
