Text of Complaint by Saumya Gupta:

I ordered Dime Store Wall Mirror with Shelf for Living Room Bedroom Dressing Mirror for Wall Decor worth 2395/- and firstly it got delivered late and then when I checked the mirror was broken then arranged the exchange on 13th Aug21 but till 19th there was no update on delivery status when called representative she said to cancel the exchange and initiated the refund after pick which was arranged after 48-72 hrs after that called on 21st when pick up was not there and then called on 21st, the representative then arranged another pick-up. Again there was no pick-up done, called on 23rd and 24th for the same reason. They told that the pick did not take place 3 times. They will transfer the case to NOCT, which they did on the 24th. On 25th, a pick-up person ca,e but he refused to take the item as he was on a bike and said that the item is very big and he needs a bigger vehicle. After that, on the 27th I called again as the pick up was arranged after 72 hours. Again the leadership team said the same thing that I need to wait again for 72 hours. The Amazon employee says that the pick is getting canceled on my side, that is not true. I wasted 6-10 hours on call, there is still no solution or refund. They say there will be no refund until the pick-up is done. I haven’t received any date yet. I need compensation for my wasted hours and the money that is stuck because there hasn’t been any delivery yet.
