Actually i did an order three trousers on 15th july & order id is OD225475902689665000. After getting delivery i saw two of them was unfit, so i placed a return request for one product on 25th july price was 1586 & next that was picked up by dehlivery courier but today is 8th aug but still now I don’t get the refund. The 2nd product which I placed the return request on 1st aug price was 2044, expected pickup date was 4th aug but that was not picked up so i made a complaint but no result came out, still now they are saying do wait. Same problem happened on my another order, order is OD225528351130004000 on that id I placed return request on 1st aug price was 3399 that product also not picked up. I called the customer care more then 20times but they are saying we are taking a complaint & do wait. How many days i will wait for this??? I want refund now
