Hello sir my name is Kamlesh Sharma I were purchased 2 products by Amazon but product quality is not good then I was returning item but by Amazon pickup man was not collecting my item so many time has failed pickup then I was call Amazon customer representative they say me if 3 time pickuping is failed then they refund my amount is advance but now they saying not refund me I want a complaint file in Amazon and please help me
