Sir I have ordered a watch on 01 Jan 23 and received wrong item .I have placed return request to Amazon with pictures of the product I have received. They have approved the return and pickup completed on 11 Jan 23 . Their customer support told me that product reached to seller on 13 Jan 23 and my refund will be credited by 18 Jan 23. When refund not credited on 18 Jan 23 i have again talked to customer support they gave me new date of 22 Jan 23 and told investigation going on. On same day 18 Jan 23 in night i have received a mail from ofm@amazon.in that my account is blocked and they refused to refund my money. All the details of talking is available with Amazon chat history which is not accessible to me . Please look into the matter Amazon is not listening to their customer,even they are blaming me for this. This shows Amazon willfulness and unprofessional attitude. Please help me to unblock my account and get my refund money back or the product I have ordered. I have made a telephonic compain with National Consumer Helpline, Docket No. is 4195421
